Description

Provide services, labor, materials and equipment for Project 01-102, Replace/Consolidate Building 2 Chiller. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this aquisition is 235110, Mechanical Construction Contractors. In addition to mechanical work, work includes, but is not limited to, concrete, thermal and moisture portection, door and windows, finishes and electrical. The Government estimate is between $500,000 to $1,000,000. Solicitation packages will be available on March 16, 2001. Bid opening date is scheduled on April 16, 2001, at 2:00p.m., local time. Requests for plans and specifications must be submitted in writing and include a $100 refundable deposit for each set (limit 2). Checks must be in the form of a certified check, cashiers check, or money order made payable to the Department of Veterans Affairs and indicate the project number and title.
