Description

17. Demolition of Golf Club House, Building 1601. Work includes complete dismantling and demolition to include basement, steps, piers, foundation, sidewalks, utilities and underground storage tank. The period of performance is 30 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, NAICS 235940, for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $11.5 million. Fort Campbell is using the Internet for advertising and issuing solicitations.
