This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued Solicitation FO9603-01-Q-40128 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a firm fixed-price contract applicable to AIM-9P4 GCS for the following items: DIGITAL MULTIMETER (P/N: FLUKE 8520A) 1 each, SPECTRUM ANALYZER (P/N: HP8566B)1 each, SPECTRUM ANALYZER (P/N: HP3585B) 1 each, OSCILLOSCOPE (P/N: HP54616B) 1 each, GPIB INTERFACE MODULE (P/N: HP54650A) 2 each, FUNCTION GENERATOR (P/N: WAVETEK 650)1 each, THERMAL CONVERTER (P/N: HP11049A) 1 each, and AC STANDARD (P/N: VALHALLA 2703)1 each. All items are to be reconditioned and calibrated. All items shall include 180 day parts and labor warranty. Substitutes will not be accepted. Required Delivery 31 March 2001. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR)clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-3 and DFAR 252.212.7000 (Offerors shall provide a completed copy), Far 52.215-5 (items 3, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 apply), DFAR 252.212-7000 and DFAR 252.212-7001. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting Officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels.
