Description

A Request for Quotation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 for the Lease of four (4) test sets equal to the Doble Type M4000 power-factor insulation test equipment designed for testing electrical insulation by measurements of watts-loss and current at a given applied voltage when connected to a commercial 110-volt, 60-hertz source. Further requirements include technical interpretation of test results; use of reference test data file containing historical power-factor test data for similar power system equipment; capability to field-test insulation oil used in power transformers and circuit breakers; conduct annual oil screen tests, accelerated oxidation tests or dissolved gas analysis. Period of performance is for one base year with four one year option periods.
