Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to enter into a cost plus fixed fee modification to contract N00019-99-C-1427 with General Electric Aircraft Engines, Lynn, MA for an Exhaust Emission Test on the F414-GE-400 Engine. General Electric Aircraft Engines is the sole designer and developer of the F414-GE-400 Engine and is the only known source which possesses the requisite knowledge and skills necessary to perform this test within the required time frames.
