Description

The USCG MLCP in Alameda, CA, proposes to contract for the Dockside Repair of the USCGC JARVIS (WHEC 725) in Hawaii. Performance will be at the cutter_s homeport at the Coast Guard facility on Sand Island, Honolulu, Hawaii. Work will begin on 9 July 2001 and complete no later than 24 August 2001. Anticipated work items include: Production Control Gantt Bar Chart ; Vent Ducts Commercial Cleaning_Engine and Motor Rooms; Vent Fans & Motors Overhaul; Steering Gear Overhaul; Boiler Exhaust Stack Uptakes Commercial Cleaning; MDE Exhaust Stack Uptake Commercial Cleaning; SSDG Exhaust Stack Uptake Commercial Cleaning; Turbine Exhaust Stack Uptakes Commercial Cleaning; Temporary Services; Electrical Breakers (400hz) Inspect & Test; Breakers (Degaussing) Inspect & Test; Potable Water Pneumatic Tank Relief Valve Test; Potable Water Pneumatic Tanks Clean, Inspect & Hydro; Commissary Hoists Level 2 Inspect & Test; Anchor Windlass Level 2 Inspect & Test; Warping Capstan Level 2 Inspect & Test; Single Point Davit Level 2 Inspect & Test; Crescent Davit Level 2 Inspect & Test; Grey Water Holding Tanks Commercial Cleaning; Sewage Holding Tanks Commercial Cleaning; Sewage Vacuum Collection and SealwaterTanks Commercial Cleaning; Ammunition Hoists & Elevators Level 2 Inspect & Repair.
