Description: It is the intentent of this contract to obtain Refuse/Recycling Collection and Disposal Services -- Solicitation F19617-01-T-0003, Westover Air Reserve Base, Chicopee, Massachusetts. Project No. YTPM 01-5001 requires the contractor to furnish containers, empty containers at specified frequencies, and dispose of refuse and recyclables off base. The base performance period shall be from 01 October 2001 through 30 September 2002 and will have four one-year options. Each option year is subject to the FAR Clause 52.232-19, titled Availability of Funds for the Next Fiscal Year (APR 1984). RFQ F19617-01-T-0003 issue date approximately 26 March 2001, Receipt of Proposals approximately 26 April 2001. This procurement is unrestricted pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The NAICS code is 562111. (SIC Code is 4953, size standard is $6.0 million).
