ADVERTISEMENT INVITATION FOR BID IFB #01-001 Painting of Graham Park and Rogall Congregate Exterior The St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA), St. Petersburg, Florida, is requesting bids from qualified, responsible firms interested in painting the exterior of SPHA's Graham Park and Rogall Congregate housing developments, in accordance with the requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). IFB #01-001 document packages will be ready for pick-up on March 14, 2001. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the St. Peterburg Housing Authority's Graham Park auditorium located at 305 MLK (9th) Street South, St. Petersburg, Fl 33705 on March 23, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. Bids are due by 2:00 p.m. on April 5, 2001. If you are interested in submitting a bid, please fax your request for an IFB package to (727) 323-3226 Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. You may also pick-up a copy in person at 3250 5th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33713, from Ms. Lori Allen during the same days and hours.
