Description

Principal items to accomplish: Install electric door actuators at the main entrances and main restrooms at Waller Hall to provide ADA compliant access. Install door actuators and wireless wall switches for the operation of the following: two doors separated by a vestibule for the entrance; two doors separated by a vestibule for the exit; two doors separated by a vestibule for the entrances and exits to both the men's and women's public restrooms; two pairs of doors separated by a vestibule at Vehicle Registration; and all other work necessary to accomplish the proper operation of the installed equipment. Contract completion time: 30 calendar days. The proposed procurement listed here is being issued as unrestricted.
