Description

This is a Planned Restricted Availability (PRAV) to include miscellaneous mechanical, piping, boiler, and electrical repairs. To qualify for an award under this solicitation, the offeror must execute a current NAVSEA Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR). If not previously done, adequate time must exist to allow proper assessment of the contractor's data. Contractors' inspection date and location will be determined at a later date. The availability dates are tentatively scheduled for June 18, 2001 through August 13, 2001 with the work to take place at the U. S. Naval Base, Norfolk, Virginia. The place of performance is restricted to the homeport area. This is a best value procurement utilizing past performance as an evaluation factor.
