Description

The Defense Distribution Center intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Research Electronics, Richmond VA for the purchase of 61 each Future Power Systems Monitors, LM1500 LCD with Pivot software. The monitor base is required to have the following dimensions in order to fit on the table top of the mobile cart used by the Government: 11" long x 6" wide x 1-1/2" high. The monitor base has 2 each screws 6 inches apart (screw size: 8/32, 2 inches long. Interested contractors may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. No formal solicitation document exists. However, all information received within fifteen (15) days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by this agency. A determination by the Government not to compete with proposed purchase order based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
