Description

NON-PERSONAL SERVICES: Furnish labor, supervision, materials and equipment necessary to publish and distribute a six-column Civilian Enterprise Newspaper for Fort Sill, OKlahoma. A minimum of 12,800 copies per week(minimum of 50 weeks) of the newspaper shall be published and distributed. The newspaper shall consist of a minimum of 22 pages. According to advertising sales, the newspaper shall consist of no more than eight(8) issues a year with more than 22 pages, with a maximum of 36 pages. Contract period is from 10Jun01 to 9Jun02, with four one-year options. This is no cost to the Government. All proceeds from the sale of advertisements for the newspaper shall go to the contractor. Estimated issue date is 3Apr01. NAICS code is 51111, size standard is 500. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered. Telephone requests will not be honored.
