Description

PR NO: YPG01018000299: This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Seal Assembly, Stabilizer for a KC-135 Aircraft. This solicitation will be solicited as an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO). The solicitation will include a base year and four option years. The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) is as follows: 1560-00-629-3957; Boeing P/N 65-2220-23, AEQ = 72, Delivery is 100 Days ARO. FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance is Origin. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. An "Export Control" Technical Data Package (TDP) exists for this NSN and will only be released to contractors authorized/certified by the Defense Logistics Service Center. A Boeing "Rights Guard" protected TDP exists for this NSN. To request a copy of the TDP, a completed DSCR Form 42, certification for the use of Rights Guard technical data, must be submitted to the Defense Supply Center Richmond, Attn: DSCR-VAB (Rights Guard Program), Richmond, VA 23297-5615. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 15 April 2001. The anticipated award date is June 15,2001. Reference notes 1, 23, and 26.
