Description

This solicitation may result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract (FFP), with a 100% increased quantity option for NSN 1560-01-233-8318, in accordance with Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. part number 70308-03611-041 Rev "AC" dtd 4JAN94 and ATCOM (Cage 81996) procurement package #70308-03611A, Rev "B", Extend Assy, LH. This is a critical application item. Alternate offerors must provide data as required by clauses (L54) 52.217-9002 and (L58) 52.217-9G04 with their offer in order to be considered. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to this procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. No EBB offers will be considered, hard copy solicitations must be requested and all clauses and certifications must be completed. Delivery cited: 90 DARO for first article requirement, Government Fit Verification test item is required 30 days after first article approval, production quantity is due 120 days after receipt of all test approvals, 20 each. Unrestricted / ABVS does apply.
