Description

The US Postal service has a requirement for Point Of Purchase signage hardware for distribution to 11,000 retail locations nationwide with possible expansion to as many as 33,000 locations. The contractor must provide hardware components meeting all functional specifications contained in the Statement of Work to display Postal Service retail signage in post office lobbies. The contractor will also be responsible for fulfillment and additional ancillary services such as providing a customer service help line, periodic audits of USPS facilities using the hardware and restocking/reorder capabilities and installation capability should the USPS elect to have the supplier install the offered product. The contractor will be required to support any offered hardware for a minimum of six years after award. The initial term of any agreement awarded will be for two years with four two year option periods.
