This is a Sources Sought/Market Research being conducting to gather information needed by the government prior to the release of any solicitation. This is not a request for proposal. It is for planning purposes only and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government. The 89th Contracting Squadron, located at Andrews AFB Maryland, is seeking information from the Housing Maintenance industry in support of a requirement for Maintenance and Repair of 1242 Military Family Housing (MFH) units and 234 acres of Grounds Maintenance at the Summerfield MFH complex in Landover Maryland. The services includes, but is not limited to Maintenance Management, Change of Occupancy Maintenance, Grounds Maintenance, Recurring Facilities Maintenance on MFH and adjutant Facilities, Operate U-Fix-It Store, and Appliance Maintenance and Installation.
