Description

A NAF project that consists of a new permanent Golf Course Maintenance Facility to support the operations, maintenance and administrative functions of the Altus AFB Golf Course. The maintenance facility houses functional areas including office, break room locker room, unisex restroom, locker/shower room, fertilizer/seed storage room, irrigation repair room, tool room, parts room and equipment maintenance and service area. The facility will be comprised of a one-story facility with approximately 378 SM of enclosed building, with an attached covered storage of 279 SM. The facility will also provide a separate, self-contained environmental center for processing and recycling waste materials, covered tractor wash, and grounds material storage bins. The facility will have a reinforced concrete foundation, a structural metal frame, split-faced block with EIFS at the gable ends, and a standing seam metal roof system. Price range of this project is $500,000 to $1,000,000. Plans and specifications will be available or about March 30, 2001, and will be provided on Compact Disk (CD-ROM). THE NUMBER OF CD-ROMS WILL BE LIMITED TO ONE (1) PER FIRM. Plans, specifications, and planholders lists will not be provided in a printed hard copy format.
