Description

17. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 36; Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts and an award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition procedures. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to issue a Request For Quotations (RFQ) to erect a Pole and Netting Bird (Avian)Barrier System ( Base Bid and two additives), Dale Hollow National Fish Hatchery, Celina, TN. The proposed contract is not a small business set-a-side in accordance with the lastest quarterly adjustment under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Size Standard is $13.75 million. The NAICS code is 234990. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. RFQ issue date is 3/26/01. RFQ closing date is 4/26/01.
