Description

Pre-Soliciation Notice -- Project YTPM 01-5049 includes removal of all aircraft rubber tire markings from areas to be painted on the runways. Work also includes painting of all airfield markings including runways, taxiways, aprons, ramps, pads, streets and parking lots. Bid issue approximately April 25, 2001 and bid opening is scheduled for on or about May 30, 2001. Performance period shall be 60 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated cost is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This procurement is being solicited in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Replies to this notice are requested from all size business concerns. The small business size standard applicable to this project is a concern, including its affiliates, with average annual receipts from its three preceeding years not exceeding $11,500,000.00. The NAICS Code (formally SIC Code #1721) applicable to this project is 235210. When requesting the solicitation please indicate your size standard (ie) small, small disadvantaged or large business also, please indicate whether your interest in this solicitation ia as a prime, sub-contractor or supplier.
