Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, equiptment and supervision necessary to replace roof bldg. # 48 and remove and replace flashing and parapet wall caulking for bldgs 51 & 52 at the VA Medical Center, Jefferson Barracks Division, St. Louis MO 63125 in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Government will purchase the roofing materials on GSA contract from TREMCO. Contractor shall be a certified TREMCO installer. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Cost range for this project is $100,000 to $250,000. Completion time is 45 Calendar days after receipt of Notice to proceed. Project number is 657-00-103. Solicitation will be issued on or about April 2, 2001. Bid opening will be on or about May 2, 2001 at 3:00 PM local time. All bids will be delivered to VA Heartland Network 15 Business Office, Building #71, Room 309, 4101 S. 4th Street Trafficway, Leavenworth, KS 66048. NAICS code 235610 shall apply. All requests for solicitations shall be in writing and requests may be faxed to 913-758-6495. Contract is subject to availability of FY01 funds.
