- The Defense Supply Center Richmond intends to award a firm fixed price contract with 100% increased quantity option under NSN 1615-00-400-9511, in accordance with Sikorsky Aircraft Corp (78286) part number 65351-11515-041, Plate Set, Main Gear. DSCR currently does not have a technical data package available for this item. Alternate offerors must submit a complete technical data package for approval in order to be considered for award. Delivery schedule: 180 DARO, 14 each. Unrestricted / ABVS does not apply to this procurement. Numbered Note 22 applies.
