- The Defense Supply Center Richmond intends to award a firm fixed price contract with 100% increased quantity option under NSN 1630-01-198-7646, in accordance with Aircraft Braking Systems Inc. (0B9R9)part number 4000566, Lining, Friction. DSCR currently does not have a technical data package available for this item. Alternate offerors must submit a complete technical data package for approval in order to be considered for award. Delivery schedule: 180 DARO, 547 each. Unrestricted / ABVS does not apply to this procurement. Numbered Note 22 applies.
