Description

This solicitation is for the procurement of part-numbered items manufactured by Dresser Rand and others. All NSNs are available for download under the "Acquisition download" menu item on the DSCC InterNet Bid Board System (DIBBS) under subject heading "DSCC Corporate Contract Solicitations". Access is directly available by accessing http://dibbs.dscccols.com. Access is also available via the World Wide Web-refer to WEB LINK. See Note(s) 12 and 26. This solicitation is available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols. com/Rfq. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Please do not forget to return the completed Section B information by disk and the completed RFP to the DSCC bid room by the closing date. If you do not have a Section B disk, please download this information from the excel file located on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 2530,2815,2825,2990,3010,3020, 3040,4310,4320,4730,4810 and 4820. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Refer to section "M". All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation as applicable, which if timely received will be considered by the agency.
