Description

Contractor shall supply and deliver approximately 767 tons Type D Cold Mix. Contractor shall deliver Cold Mix to the Cagle Recreation area, Sam Houston National Forest, National Forests and Grasslands in Texas, on a truck load by truck load basis. Forest Service personnel will contact contractor as needed for loads. A firm-fixed price contract will be issued. Requests for the RFQ shall be in writing addressed to U. S. Forest Service, Ozark-St. Francis National Forest, 605 West Main Street, Box 1008, Russellville, Arkansas 72801-3614, Attn: Virginia Thomas, stating RFQ Number FS-WOC-01-1037, complete company name, point of contact, address, area code and telephone number and facsimile number.
