Description: SOLE SOURCE Maintenance, support and service (MSS) for Pharmacy_s AudioCARE System (Pharmacy Prescription Call in System) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number F7391110220200 is issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15. The resulting award is set aside for small business set-aside program. The NAICS is 811212 with an $18 million dollar size standard. This is a SOLE SOURCE procurement of maintenance, support, and service for 6 months with four annual options for the following Pharmacy_s AudioCARE System (Pharmacy Prescription Call in System): ACS-Beta, Discount, AudioPREFILL, AudioMenu, AudioOFFLINE, AudioRXINFO, AudioREFILL, ACS-Server, and ACS-U-RX 1000. Basic Period of Performance shall be 1 Apr 2001 through 30 Sep 2001. SOLE SOURCE to: AudioCARE Systems, CAGE: 0XPL7. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and will remain in full force in any resultant award.
