****This is an amendment of a previously published synopsis. Contemplated contract type is changed from FFP IDIQ to CPAF**** Furnish all management, personnel, materials and supplies required for operation, maintenance and repair of Government-owned facilities and equipment at Lake Seminole Natural Resource Site Office, Chattahoochee, FL. CONTRACT TYPE WILL BE COST-PLUS-AWARD-FEE(CPAF) Contract period will be one base year with four option years.Competition for this procurement is restricted to 8(a)firms. NAICS code is 56120 (SIC 8744). Interested parties may view or download the solicitation and all amendments at http://www.sam.usace.army.mil. No additional media (CD Roms, floppy disks, or paper) will be issued unless the Government determines that it is necessary.
