Description

Services of a licensed audiologist are required to perform hearing aid evaluations and if required, make impressions and do fittings for beneficiaries of the VA. VA will provide hearing aids as prescribed by the contract audiologist. Service to be performed for a 6-month period with two 6-month renewal options. Contractor must be located either in Raleigh, Summers, Mercer, or Greenbrier county, West Virginia. Solicitation issue date is on/or about 3/19/01.
