Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to replace dual chillers with a single 115 ton chiller, at building 1520, Fort Sam Houston, TX, using simplified acquisition procedures. The work includes but is not limited to all site work, electrical, piping, and mechanical work required to provide functional replacement of chillers. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 23510 and the annual size standard is $11,500,000. This is a small business (Hub Zone) set aside. Project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000.00. DADA10-00-T-0065 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation will be available on or about 2 April 2001 and may be requested in writing by faxing to (210) 221-4123. Funds are not currently available for this project but is expected to be available in May 2001. RFQ is due by 12 April 2001.
