Description

ERROR -- Provide all facilities, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment for performing all operations necessary for the repair of the exterior stucco of Bldgs 6 and 8, east and west sides, and south ends, Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA. Included in the work is cutting and patching; selective demolition; sheetmetal work; caulking and sealing; masonry work; electrical work; stucco work; doors and windows; painting; and clean-up. Period of performance is 240 days from receipt of notice to proceed. Estimated $500,000 TO $1,000,000.00. Approximate issue and open dates are 29 MAR 01 and 30 APR 01; exact dates shall be as stated in the solicitation. Responses to this presolicitation notice and solicitation synopsis are requested within ten (10) days of its publication date. Although this action is unrestricted, please provide business size when making your request. NAICS is 235420, criteria $11.5 million. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered.
