Estimated cost range: $100,000.00 -- $250,000.00. Time for completion: 90 calendar days after notice to proceed. No document charge or deposit is required. Project involves renovation of an existing office space to an updated office space consisting of demolition, new construction of offices with one private restroom, small galley, and a copy/fax room. All work associated with the demolition and reconstruction of this space is included as part of this contract. Project consists of a base bid and 9 options. Note code 1 applies.
