COVER, FITTED, VEHICULAR. NSN 2540-00-513-9794. I/A/W (8382966). Solicitation is for an indefinite quantity contract. The estimated annual demand quantity is 3,069 each. Delivery is to be 780 each in 90 days with each additional 300 each in 30 day increments. Items to be delivered to various locations to be cited in the solicitation. ISO 9002 applies. Quotations must be submitted in written form. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s): 1, 9, 26, 27. This solicitation is an RFP or IFB and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of April 9, 2001. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
