Portsmouth Naval Shipyard standard clause C500 applies (Mercury Control). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commerical item prepared IAW with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemeted with additional information included in this notice. A written solicitation will NOT be issued. This announcement is issued as N00102-01-Q-1818 and incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition circular 97-23.
