Description

The Contractor shall provide two (2) qualified professional fitness instructors to travel to US Air Force bases in the Pacific, to include Alaska, in order to present three (3) days of training/testing in Group Exercise Leadership. Reserved for Small Business. This serves as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Additiionally, the Statement of Work (SOW) is provided as an attachment(Reference www.eps.gov). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Therefore, proposals are being requested at this time and a written solicitation will not be issued. Award will be based on an integrated assessment of product quality, past performance, and price. The following FAR/DFAR provisions are applicable: FAR 52.215-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, as well as DFAR 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items.
