Description

The Bureau of the Census intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures (under FAR 13.5) to James Steed, PO Box 2248, Waldorf, MD 20604 to continue providing expertise and analysis for a variety of administrative and organizational functions for the Chief of the Computer Services Division through December 31, 2001. The basis for the proposed non-competitive action is that there is only one responsible source and no other source possesses the capabilities to satisfy the requirements of this service. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only, and is not a request for competitive quotations; no solicitation will be issued.
