Description

This project is a Request for Quotes for the removal and replacement of air conditioning unit in the Supervisor's Office building for the White River National Forest. This project consists of removal and proper disposal of the existing rooftop air conditioning units, restoration of roof, procurement and installation of new cooling units with Economizer unit for energy conservation, any required additional ductwork, professional air duct cleaning, pressurization of the building, insuring adequate air exchange to meet OSHA standards throughout the building, providing warranty information including three-year performance warranty, and providing operation and maintenance guides. The Supervisor's Office is located at 900 Grand Avenue, Glenwood Springs, Colorado. The performance period for the proposed contract is 30 calendar days. This will be a firm, fixed-priced contract. The proposed contract is available under full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The tentative date for the receipt of quotes is May 1, 2001.
