The WR-ALC Systems Engineer has determined that qualification prior to award is necessary due to the complexity and criticality of the item. This is NOT a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5, but a notice to industry advising of the requirement for qualification prior to contract award. Submission of a Source Approval Request (SAR) for this requirement may not necessarily result in your company being able to participate in the solicitation due to level of security clearances and amount of foreign participation. This notice does not constitute an invitation for bid or request for proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not reimburse contractors for any cost incurred for their participation in this survey. Both large and small businesses are encouraged to participate in this Market Research.
