Description

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) plans to award a Purchase Order to Cornell University for its research proposal submitted under the Transportation Environmental Research Program (TERP). Cornell University will study issues on The Mobility Gap: Transportation Planning Accessibility, and Inner-City Poverty. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the anticipated award date is March 30, 2001.
