Description

The Department of Interior, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services, Region 7, Alaska, intends to negotiate solely with Mr. Stan Zuray, Tanana, Alaska 99777 for the Maintenance and Operation of two (2) fish wheels on the banks of the mainstream Yukon River, within 0.5 miles of the Rampart-Rapids (Rock Island) approximately 36 miles above the town of Tanana, Alaska. Daily monitoring and adjustments fo the operation of the wheels is essential to the success of the project, thus a person who lives at the Rampart-Rapids is a necessity, and most cost effective. This notice is for informational purposes only. This is not a competititve request for proposals and the Government does not intend to accept proposals received. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation of information received. The Government will consider all information from responsible sources within 14 days after the date of publication of this synopsis. No Notes Apply.
