Description

Provide service to include management, administration, supervision and non-personal instructional services to deliver adult, Leader Skill Enhancement Program training at Fort Polk, Louisiana. Proposed contract will be a firm fixed price Requirements contract (estimated quantities) with base period of May 01 -- Apr 02, plus 4 option periods. Solicitation will be issued on or about 06 Apr 01 and will open on or about 25 Apr 01. Requests for solicitation must be in writing. Telephonic requests will NOT be accepted or honored. Contractors MUST be registered in a central database, the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to do business with the Government. The small business size for this procurement is $5 million. NAICS code is 611430. The proposed contractor shall be accredited by a regionally accredited institution recognized in the bi-annual Accredited Institutions of Post Secondary Education and Department of Education. Accreditation is neither divisible nor transferable. All instruction will be delivered at a post-secondary education level to a post-secondary education student.
