Description

The Colville National Forest requires Trail Surfacing on approximately 3.05 kilometers of system trails in Ferry, Stevens and Pend Oreille Counties. Work will consists of widening existing trails to 1.5 meters in width including clearing, grubbing and excavation; preparing 1.5 meters of trail to receive asphalt surface; and installing 50.8 millimeters of asphalt surfacing to the trails. This project will be advertised as a written quotation and will be solicited under the Simplified Acquisition Procurement (SAP) rules. Estimated issue date of the solicitation is on or about April 11, 2001. Estimated start work date is on or about June 15, 2001, with a completion date of September 15, 2001. Quotes are estimated to be due May 11, 2001. The proposed project listed here is a 100 percent small business set-aside. The estimated price range is $25,000 to $100,000. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
