Modification. CANCEL DACW57-01-B-0002 JUVENILE FISH BYPASS SYSTEM AT BONNEVILLE POWERHOUSE I. The Portland District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has cancelled the above procurement. An implementation plan is being prepared to prioritize survival improvements throughout the Columbia Basin. A final decision on when and if the bypass improvements will be made at Bonneville First Powerhouse will be decided through that process. It is not expected that readvertisement will occur sooner than March 2002 and if the procurement is revived, it will be advertised under a different number.
