Description

The Presidio Trust, a Federal government corporation, is soliciting bids from qualified firms to perform grinding, paving and traffic marking on Arguello Boulevard located within the Presidio of San Francisco. The Presidio is a National Park and a National Historic Landmark. Contractor will grind 3" approx. 131,025 SF of existing pavement, install tack coat and 3" bituminous concrete pavement, and install traffic marking and pavement markers. Davis Bacon Act (U.S. Department of Labor prevailing wages) applies. Bid Bond, Performance Bond and Payment Bond will be required. Estimated start date is June 2001; period of performance is approximately 14 working days from Trust's written Notice to Proceed. Construction range is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000.
