THIS IS A SYNOPSIS FOR CONTRACT DAAH23-01-C-0132. NSN:6625-01-445-0085, NOUN: 266 MHz Processor with 2 MB Video RAM, PRON: 4619R44346AX, CLOSING DATE: 30 March 01 , NAICS CODE: 336413. Quantity: 150 each, Applicable to the Soldier's Portable On-System Repair Tool Controller Diagnostic Aid. Inspection and Acceptance at Origin, FOB point: Hope Hull, AL. Standard commercial practices will be used for packaging and packing. Required Delivery is one year after receipt of order. This procurement requires pre-qualification. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by agency. Justification for other then full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Source or Only a Limited Number of Responsible Sources. This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government does not have specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. MILTOPE (Cage code 54418) is the only responsible source capable of providing the modification for the Soldier's Portable On-System Repair Tool Controller Diagnostic Aid.
