Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is DAAD05-01-R-0020. CLIN 0001 1 EACH Clamshell Building for helicopters with the following minimum outside dimensions: 71 feet width; 192 feet length which includes 2 Clamshell ends; 12,900 square feet area; 15.6 feet height at the eaves; 32 feet height at the peak; 80 mph BOCA wind load; 40+ psf BOCA ground snow. Includes 2 electrically operated Clamshell end doors; 2 single emergency exit doors with panic hardware and anchors for concrete. REQUISITION NUMBER BGG07N-1067-Y001 SUBCLIN 000101 Spare Motor for Clamshell Door SUBCLIN 000102 Lighting/Electrical Package CLIN 0002 1 LOT The contractor shall install the Clamshell in the country of Georgia at Alexseevka Military Airfield, co-located at the Tbilisi International Airport, 45445 Shansiahsvili Street, #10, Tbilisi Airport District. Installation shall commence in country within 7-10 days after Clamshell arrives at site. REQUISITION NUMBER BGG07N-1067-Y002 **Contractor shall price 0001 and 0002 separately. Transportation will be provided by appropriate DCMA office. Clamshell is required in the country of Georgia no later than 31 May 2001** This requirement is brand name or equal and shall be awarded on "all or none" basis.
