Description

Dover Air Force Base is conducting market research to determine if anyone may be interested in taking building 303,305,306 and 307, These building are modular type and are in very good condition. The following are the amounts we purchased these buildings for in 1987(including installation). 303 -- $194,900 305 -- $355,217 306 -- $355,217 307 -- $355,217 We are doing market research to determine: 1. If anyone will do the work below using the buildings as total or partial consideration. A BREIF DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK TO BE ACCOMPLISHED Three of the four building sit on concrete slabs about 3.3 feet below grade and concrete piers. All buildings have utilities connected, electrical utilities; will be disconnected by Dover Air force Base. The contractor in charge of the will disconnect water utilities servicing the building ant the water main and remove all pipes going to the main. All air conditioning and heating systems will removed with the building. Gas line will be removed up to the gas tanks. This contract will require the removal of the four modular buildings, removal of the specified sidewalks, demolition of the concrete steps and wood ramps to each building. Demolition of A/C concrete pads, CMU and concrete piers and demolition of the concrete slab will be necessary as well. All other materials, conduits and piping used in support for he modular will have to be removed. Holes on the ground left by the removal of the buildings and demolition of the concrete slab and concrete piers will have to fill to grade and seeded according to specifications. Once all work is completed, staging area and project site will be cleaned and returned to its original appearance All specifications and drawing of the building can be provided upon request.
