- The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR6.302-1 with AccessData, Inc. AccessData is the sole source and proprietary owner of AccessData "Ultimate System Management Toolkit" software. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incrrred in responding to this notice. Award is anticipated within thirty (30) days. See Note 22. Note 22 is modified to read 5 days in lieu of 45 days.
