- Description
- This is a standing solicitation (proposals may be submitted at any time) for MULTIPLE AWARD SCHEDULE 72, PART II, FURNISHINGS (including LAMPS/LIGHTING FIXTURES; WINDOW TREATMENTS (Draperies, Venetian & Vertical Blinds, and Window Shades); COORDINATING BEDSPREADS/COMFORTERS; CUBICLE CURTAINS; WALL ART (Paintings, Photographs, & Posters); ARTIFICIAL TREES, PLANTS, DRIED FOLIAGE, AND PLANTERS FOR INDOOR USE; OTHER DECORATIVE WALL/TABLETOP ACCESSORIES, AND INTERNATIONAL FABRIC. The solicitation will be issued on or about March 16, 2001; contracts will be effective for a 5-year period beginning date of award and include an option to extend for three additional 5-year periods. The size standard for this solicitation is determined by the North American Industry Classifications System (NAICS). NAICS include 313312, 314121, 314129, 335121, 337920, and 339999; size standard for all is 500 employees. All items are 100% small business set-aside. Requests for solicitation must be in writing to the above address or by fax to 215-656-3841; however, offerors are encouraged to download the solicitation at http://www.eps.gov. No telephone requests will be honored. Clause Numbers (I-FSS-91 and K-FSS-9) are incorporated into the solicitation. These clauses implement the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the U.S. Small Business Administration and the General Services Administration, which establishes policy allowing for certified 8(a) firms to participate in the Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Program. Current contractors who are 8(a) certified may elect to modify their contracts to be designated as 8(a) program participants under the MAS Program and be listed accordingly on the Schedules E-Library and GSA Advantage! pursuant to the
