Description

This acquisition is for an indefinite delivery/requirements contract for fiberboard (traypack) boxes to be delivered to Defense Distribution Center Susquehanna, New Cumberland, PA and Defense Distribution Center San Joaquin, Tracy, CA. The contract will be for a period of 1 year with 4 option years. The solicitation will consist of the following items: (1) Box Fiberboard, Traypack/B-ration/UGR. Single Wall, Weather Resistant, 350 PSI bursting strength. Inside Dimensions; 23-3/4 inch long x 13-1/4 inch wide x 8-7/8 inch high. Constructed in accordance with Style RSC-L, Grade V3C of ASTM D5188/D5118M except that it shall be restricted to C-Flute and glued. (2) Liner, Fiberboard, Traypack/B-rations. Dimensions shall be adjusted with the thickness of fiberboard. Constructed in accordance with Style RSC-L, Grade V3C of ASTM D5118/D5118M except that it shall be restricted to C-flute construction. (3) Partition/Liner, Fiberboard, Traypack, UGR's. Dimensions shall be adjusted with the thickness of fiberboard. Constructed in accordance with Style RSC-L, Grade V3C of ASTM D5118/D5118M except that it shall be restricted to C-Flute construction. (4) Pallet Pad, Fiberboard, Traypack/B-rations/UGR's. Size: 48 inch x 40 inch, single wall square cut, Grade W5C, weather resistant, 0.22 inch thickness (approximate). (5) Box Fiberboard, Size: 23-3/4 inch long x 13 inch wide x 8-3/4 inch high inside dimensions. Single wal, weather resistant. Grade V3C. Constructed in accordance with ASTM D5118/D5118M. Carton shall be left handed (glued seam on left side, glue joint inside). (6) Liner/Partition. Size: 48-3/4 inch x 8-5/8 inch inside dimensions. Single wall, weather resistant, grade V3C with B flutes. Flutes shall be vertical. Constructed in accordance with ASTM D5118/D5118M.
