The USDA Forest Service intends to award a Sole Source Contract to First Image for making the video "The Field Determination of Vankful Stage in the Eastern United States." This effort is a follow on to the video "The Field Determination of Bankful Stage in the Western United States." The intent of the contract is to maintain continuity between the videos.
