Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is publishing a SOURCES SOUGHT for MARINE GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATIONS, NON-PERSONAL. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, vessels, tools, materials, supervision required to perform marine-based geotechnical investigations necessary to obtain oriented and continuous rock cores from each of four submerged islands (rocks) within the San Francisco Bay. In addition, these cores will be identified, through petrographic study, physical testing, and down-hole videography, the geologic and structural characteristics of the rock.
